Greg Worley

Greg is the President and Chief Operating Officer of SAS Service Partners, where he oversees operational strategy, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures the seamless integration of partner companies. With more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC and home services industries, Greg brings a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence to SAS Service Partners.
Prior to joining SAS Service Partners, Greg held a variety of leadership roles at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, including Vice President of US Market Expansion, Vice President of the East Division, and Director of multiple regions. Over the course of his 20+-year tenure, Greg played a pivotal role in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving market growth across the United States.
Greg’s career began at Sears Home Services, where he spent nearly 20 years in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his position as District Operations Manager for Georgia. His extensive experience spans operations management, regional leadership, and scaling businesses through growth and acquisition.
Greg’s decades of expertise, dedication to operational excellence, and strategic vision make him an invaluable leader at SAS Service Partners, as the company continues to expand its platform and deliver exceptional service to its customers.
Brian Schmitt

Brian is the Chief Financial Officer of SAS Service Partners. Prior to joining the team, he spent four years as the CFO of Auxly, a consumer goods company based in Canada. Previously, Brian was the CFO of EnerCare Inc., a Canadian HVAC company, for more than 10 years. In this role, Brian was instrumental in scaling EnerCare from a $100 million company to a $5+ billion company. As CFO, Brian played a pivotal role in M&A transaction volume in excess of $5 billion, participating in all aspects from due diligence to integration. Brian has experience in scaling a platform and managing and integrating conflicting cultures, as he helped scale his prior organization from 10 employees to 3,000+ employees over a short period of time. Brian holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Commerce in Administrative and Commercial Studies from Western University.
David Mendenhall

Before joining SAS Service Partners, David spent 1+ years as CFO at Apple Moving, a moving company located in Austin, Texas. Prior to that, David spent 8+ years as the Controller of United Steel Supply, a steel distributor. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
Samantha Celio

Prior to joining SAS, Samantha spent 4+ years at Sila Services, a Morgan Stanley-backed HVAC service platform generating $500+ million of revenue. At Sila, Samantha progressed from a Marketing Coordinator to a Regional Marketing Manager in under 3 years. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ursinus College.
Chadwick Davies

Prior to joining SAS, Chadwick spent 3+ years as a Corporate / M&A Attorney at Clayton Utz, a top law firm in Melbourne, Australia, where he played a key role in executing $2 million to $500+ million contracts. Chadwick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a J.D. from the University of Melbourne.
Mariana Repsold

Mariana helps drive partnership development and strategic initiatives at SAS Service Partners. She has seven years of experience in middle-market private equity and investment banking. Previously, she was on the investment team at One Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on transformational combinations in the technology, healthcare, and industrials sectors – where she worked hand-in-hand with portfolio company management to achieve growth through organic initiatives and strategic M&A.
Prior to One Equity, Mariana was an Investment Banker at Bank of America, where she worked on M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries. Mariana holds a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Matthew Englander

As the Business Development Manager for SAS Service Partners, Matthew specializes in deal origination and driving strategic growth. Prior to joining the team, Matthew played a pivotal role at Apex Service Partners, a multi-billion-dollar residential home-services business based in the US – where he led over 170+ transactions nationwide.
Previously, Matthew held significant roles at middle-market Investment Banks, such as Benchmark International and LCG Advisors, and played a key role in both sourcing and leading high-value transactions. Matthew graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida, with a B.S. of Finance – and a concentration in Investment Analysis.
Ryan Reny

Ryan Reny is an accomplished and results-driven multi-unit leader with over a decade of experience in sales, operations, and service management – across various industries. With a proven track record in driving revenue growth, improving profit margins, and leading high-performance teams, Ryan excels in designing and implementing strategic initiatives to meet market demands. Previously, Ryan served as the Division Sales, Service, Operations and Marketing Manager for American Residential Services, where he managed a $150M division – one of the top performing regions for top-line growth and EBITDA.
Ryan’s leadership extends to developing and coaching sales managers and service teams, while driving market pricing strategies, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness. His extensive experience also includes roles at Lowe’s Home Improvement and Lumber Liquidators, where he demonstrated consistent sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development across multiple locations. With a background in Business Management, Ryan strives to deliver strong results in leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning.
Chris Henderson

SAS recently closed on its first hub asset, Austin Air Conditioning Inc., which is a 30+ year legacy house-hold brand based in Austin, Texas. As part of this transaction, Chris Henderson, the Seller, rolled over substantial equity, and elevated into the role of Sales and Technical Director with SAS. He brings more than 30 years of HVAC expertise and industry relationships to the team and will also be an active contributor to SAS’ Business Development efforts.
Anne Fielding

Anne has over 20-years’ experience in high-growth companies across multiple industries. Prior to leading SPS’s integration department, she held the titles of Director of Finance Operations at Pathway Vet Alliance, Director of Finance at Thrive Affordable Vet Care, and Director of Finance and Operations at GTS Technology Solutions. Over her illustrious career, Anne has compiled a proud history of taking companies from formation to multi-billion-dollar market-leaders. Anne received a BBA in Accounting, with Honors, from Texas State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Caitlin Hawkins

Caitlin has 10 years of experience leading M&A deals, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and advising on corporate legal matters. Prior to joining SPS PoolCare, Caitlin served as corporate secretary and on the in-house legal counsel team at Hennessy Advisors, Inc. Before that, she spent five years at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she represented numerous private-equity-backed, public, and start-up companies undertaking transformational acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and partnerships. Caitlin has a JD from Duke Law School. She is admitted to the Texas bar.
Lance Martin

Lance has 30 years of experience in the home-services industry and joins SPS PoolCare from Terminix, a $2.1 billion revenue public company, where he led domestic operations – commercial and residential – driving a team of more than 8,500 staff across the United States. Over the course of a decorated 30-year career with Terminix – starting in a management trainee role where he spent time in the field as a Technician – Lance held numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately securing the role of Senior Vice President, Field Operations. Lance is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Finance.
Eric Davidofsky

Eric has spent his 25+ year career operating in both public and privately-owned companies across multiple home-services industries, including HVAC, plumbing, pest control, landscaping, lawn care, and termite control. Prior to joining Storr Group as an Operating Advisor, Eric served as the President and CEO of Stan’s Heating and Cooling, the current largest HVAC and plumbing company in Austin, Texas. Before that, he served as the CEO of Church Services, a Texas-based HVAC and plumbing company. And previous to that role, he served as COO of TruGreen Lawncare.
Bruce Wren

Bruce Wren is the Vice President of Operations and Sales at SPS PoolCare and an Operating Advisor to SAS Service Partners. With over 30 years of experience in operations and sales leadership, Bruce has built a distinguished career driving performance and operational excellence.
Prior to his current role, Bruce spent the majority of his career with Terminix, a leading public home-services company, where he rose from a field position to an operations leadership role. At Terminix, he managed a multi-state division, including Texas, with a $500+ million revenue P&L and led a team of over 1,800 field employees across 80+ branches.
With deep roots in Texas, one of SAS Service Partners’ core markets, Bruce brings invaluable local expertise. As a true boots-on-the-ground operator, he spends the majority of his time in the field, working alongside branch teams to build culture and drive operational efficiency.
Fraser Ramseyer

Fraser focuses on driving strategy, execution, and cultivating/managing best-in-class leadership teams to effectively execute investment mandates. Before founding Storr Group and SPS PoolCare, Fraser was the Director of Corporate Development at Pathway Vet Alliance, a multi-billion-dollar North American animal healthcare business – with 450+ hospitals nationwide. As a pioneering employee, he played a key role in the rapid growth of the business – driving M&A through origination and execution, as well as running key strategic initiatives, and a multi-site arm of the business. Fraser holds a B.A. of International Business Management, Summa Cum Laude, Aberdeen Business School, RGU, Scotland, and Bogaziçi University, Istanbul, and is a dual-citizen of the U.K. and the U.S.A.
Lucas Dorrell

Lucas focuses on driving superior origination across platforms – leading more than 50 acquisitions in two years at Storr Group’s Platform I, SPS PoolCare. Previously, he was the Chief Development Officer at Rollingwood Assets, the Family Office of Stonepeak – a NYC-based private investment firm with $71.2bn of capital under management. He has more than 10 years of leadership and investment experience, holding senior management roles in both the US and his home country of Australia. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Communications – with Distinction – from Charles Sturt University, NSW, and studied a Bachelor of Mathematics and Finance at the University of Technology, Sydney.
