Greg Worley

  • Greg is the President and Chief Operating Officer of SAS Service Partners, where he oversees operational strategy, identifies growth opportunities, and ensures the seamless integration of partner companies. With more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC and home services industries, Greg brings a proven track record of leadership and operational excellence to SAS Service Partners.

    Prior to joining SAS Service Partners, Greg held a variety of leadership roles at Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning, including Vice President of US Market Expansion, Vice President of the East Division, and Director of multiple regions. Over the course of his 20+-year tenure, Greg played a pivotal role in scaling operations, improving efficiency, and driving market growth across the United States.

    Greg’s career began at Sears Home Services, where he spent nearly 20 years in roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his position as District Operations Manager for Georgia. His extensive experience spans operations management, regional leadership, and scaling businesses through growth and acquisition.

    Greg’s decades of expertise, dedication to operational excellence, and strategic vision make him an invaluable leader at SAS Service Partners, as the company continues to expand its platform and deliver exceptional service to its customers.

David Mendenhall

  • Before becoming the Vice President of Finance at SAS Service Partners, David was the Chief Financial Officer at Apple Moving — a multi-state removalist organization with branches spanning across Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and Virginia.

    Prior to joining SAS, David was the Controller at United Steel Supply — a leading steel distributor — for 8+ years.

    David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.

Chase Wiesman

  • Chase Wiesman is the Sales Manager at SAS Service Partners, where he leads sales strategy, drives revenue growth, and supports market expansion across the company’s portfolio. With more than 25 years of experience in the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries – and over 15 years in sales and leadership roles – Chase brings a deep operational understanding and a proven ability to grow high-performing teams.

    Before joining SAS Service Partners, Chase served as the National Sales and Operations Manager at Hometown Services, where he was instrumental in building scalable processes and leading cross-functional teams. Prior to that, he held the role of Generator Install Sales and Service Manager at Airco Service, overseeing operations across Oklahoma and Arkansas and helping expand the company’s footprint in the region.

    Chase’s career began in HVAC installation, evolving into service and ultimately into sales and management. This hands-on background gives him a unique perspective on the full customer experience – from project design to execution – which he leverages to coach and support his teams in the field.

    Known for his data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and passion for team development, Chase is committed to helping homeowners improve their comfort and quality of life through tailored solutions and exceptional service. His leadership continues to play a key role in the success and growth of SAS Service Partners.

Chadwick Davies

  • Chadwick leads deal execution and integration at SAS, partnering with stakeholders to deliver seamless transactions from start to finish. He also drives strategic corporate initiatives across multiple functions, creating measurable value and enhancing the overall customer experience.

    Before joining SAS, Chadwick spent over three years as a Corporate/M&A Attorney with Clayton Utz, one of Australia’s leading law firms, where he advised on transactions ranging from $2 million to more than $500 million. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and a J.D. from the University of Melbourne.

William Wright

  • William leads business development at SAS, identifying and cultivating acquisition opportunities while building trusted relationships with business owners. He guides prospective partners through the early stages of the acquisition process, helping evaluate opportunities and establish the foundation for long-term relationships.

    Before joining SAS, William spent over seven years at Surge Private Equity, where he most recently served as Vice President. He was involved in every stage of the investment lifecycle, including deal origination, transaction execution, capital raising, and portfolio company strategy, collaborating with founders and management teams to support growth and execute strategic initiatives.

    William graduated cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration - earning double majors in Accounting and Finance.

Amaya Lynch

  • Amaya brings 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing strategy across a range of industries. Prior to joining SAS Service Partners, she served as Marketing Manager at Aurum Marketing — where she led multichannel branding and content initiatives for clients nationwide.

    Amaya holds a Bachelor of Arts from Louisiana State University.

Jessica Meerman

  • Jessica brings 4+ years of accounting and finance experience.

    Prior to SAS, she held roles with TubeWriter and Iconic Marine Group — where she led ERP implementation and managed financial reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

    Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University.

Cooper Burns

  • Cooper focuses on investment origination, evaluation, and transaction execution. Prior to joining SAS, Cooper was an analyst at Cintra Ferrovial, where he focused on infrastructure investments.

    Cooper received a B.B.A. in finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. 

Fraser Ramseyer

  • Fraser focuses on driving strategy, execution, and cultivating/managing best-in-class leadership teams to effectively execute investment mandates.

    Before founding Storr Group and SPS PoolCare, Fraser was the Director of Corporate Development at Pathway Vet Alliance, a multi-billion-dollar North American animal healthcare business – with 450+ hospitals nationwide. As a pioneering employee, he played a key role in the rapid growth of the business – driving M&A through origination and execution, as well as running key strategic initiatives, and a multi-site arm of the business.

    Fraser holds a B.A. of International Business Management, Summa Cum Laude, Aberdeen Business School, RGU, Scotland, and Bogaziçi University, Istanbul, and is a dual-citizen of the U.K. and the U.S.A.

Lucas Dorrell

  • Lucas focuses on driving superior origination across platforms – leading more than 50 acquisitions in two years at Storr Group’s Platform I, SPS PoolCare.

    Previously, he was the Chief Development Officer at Rollingwood Assets, the Family Office of Stonepeak – the largest privately-owned infrastructure investment firm in the world – with $80bn+ of capital under management. He has more than 10 years of leadership and investment experience, holding senior management roles in both the US and his home country of Australia.

    Lucas holds a Bachelor of Communications – with Distinction – from Charles Sturt University, NSW, and studied Mathematics and Finance at the University of Technology, Sydney.

Lance Martin

  • Lance has 30 years of experience in the home-services industry and joins SPS PoolCare from Terminix, a $2.1 billion revenue public company, where he led domestic operations – commercial and residential – driving a team of more than 8,500 staff across the United States.

    Over the course of a decorated 30-year career with Terminix – starting in a management trainee role where he spent time in the field as a Technician – Lance held numerous leadership positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately securing the role of Senior Vice President, Field Operations.

    Lance is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Finance.
